Satmya homemade and handmade Triphala is made with 3 dried fruits which have been used for centuries as a complete digestive elixir known for its antioxidants, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Triphala which literally means “3 fruits” in Sanskrit is considered to be a powerful rejuvenator, detoxifier and digestive tonic that may also help increasing metabolism, improve digestion and aid in a better absorption of nutrients in the body. It may also help boost the immune system, rejuvenate and detoxify the body. Research indicates the Triphala may also help with blood sugar, has skin healing properties, is good for oral health, helps improve the overall gut health and could also help with IBS (irritable bowl syndrome)
Take 1/2 - 1 teaspoon at night with warm water, ghee or honey before sleeping.
